For a delicious treat - a generous helping of lean sausagemeat wrapped in buttery puff pastry. The sausage rolls are sold frozen in packs of 4, and come ready for you to cook at home. Our Sausage Rolls are NOT GLUTEN FREE. To prevent any cross contamination in our facility, they are made by Cooks Corner in Edmonton with meat supplied by us.

Old Fashioned Boiling Ham
Drycured and unsmoked, these uncooked ham pieces are available to order in any weight up to 8lbs. Once cooked they can be eaten hot or cold and sliced like any other ham. This ham is succulent and all meat. You won't find ham like this in any retail store!!

Sliced Ham
Succulent and tasty - drycured for real flavour, then smoked, cooked and sliced. Real ham sold in a 150g vacuum pack . Each pack contains approx 8 - 10 slices.
Packs individually priced and sold by weight  - Typically $3.75 for a 150g pack.

Bone In Hams
We can supply to order Whole Bone In Hams (approx 22 - 24 lbs) and Half Bone In Hams (appox 10 - 12 lbs). These can be either smoked or unsmoked with the skin on. They are sold uncooked, so they won't dry out when you cook them to your liking. They are all sold in a vacuum pack for extended shelf life. This ham is succulent and tasty! Approx 2 weeks notice required for ordering.
