Thank you for considering Irvings Farm Fresh as your pork supplier. If you are looking for delicious, nutritious, locally sourced pork, wish to support your local small butcher, and want to know where your meat comes from and how it is produced, then Irvings Farm Fresh is your supplier.

Having grown up in the UK, we offer a taste of home for British expat customers and a promise that we will provide "pork to make every meal amazing!".

Irvings Farm Fresh is located on the family farm near Round Hill, which is situated about one hour SE of Edmonton, Alberta.

Our pork is sourced from Prairie Farm Foods near Wetaskiwin, a farm we have worked with for several years and trust completely. Their pigs are raised with exceptional welfare standards, no antibiotics, and no added hormones. We bring in primal cuts and break them down. Each individual cut is prepared, trimmed and packaged by us, so the quality and integrity of our products remains exactly as you would expect from us.

Our recently expanded Butcher Shop is located on our farm. This is a spacious, modern facility, where all of our products are carefully produced to the highest possible standards. All of our products are made from scratch, using our own recipes, in an allergen friendly facility, with simple fresh ingredients and using traditional production methods. We source many ingredients locally wherever possible. 

Our pork products are proudly served on the menu at many great restaurants and are available for purchase at several Farmers' Markets and independent retailers across Alberta.

We sell a range of pork products, both fresh and frozen, along with a selection of other locally sourced artisanal food items. Our opening hours are Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm, and Monday to Friday by appointment. You are welcome to come Monday to Friday, but please call ahead if you are making a special trip and we will make sure somebody is here.
