
Located on the farm near Round Hill, our meat shop is home to our retail farm store and a recently expanded 3000 ft2 of modern pork processing facility and freezer / cooler storage.
We use a range of modern and traditional methods to make our products, and our entire facility is free from most major allergens. The exception to this are the two pastry products (sausage rolls and pork pies), which are made using our meat, but in a different facility, to avoid cross contamination.
Our facility is spacious, clean and bright. A custom food safety plan ensures that every product is made to our high standards for food safety and quality with full traceability of ingredients.
