Tuesday 30th May is Swine & Dine at Tzin Wine & Tapas on 104 Street, Edmonton.
The extremely talented Chef Corey McGuire is creating a full 8 courses of Nose to Tail dining for guests at this Swine & Dine Event. Chef Corey is utilizing a half Berkshire pig and some extra cuts to showcase our fabulous pork.
