August Feature Sausage

Our August Feature is a Garlic Scapes Sausage. For this feature we have teamed up with UNTAMED FEAST, a local supplier of wild food.  Garlic scapes have a mild garlicky flavour, and are the tender green stalks of the garlic plant, that are removed this time of year to allow the garlic bulb to bulk up. We seasoned with some salt and black pepper to make a really delicious sausage.
