Salami is a dry aged product that takes approximately 2 months to make from start to finish. It is perfect to on its own as a snack, or to add to any charcuterie and cheese board. We have three to choose from:
Fennel Salami (MILD)
Cacciatore Salami (MEDIUM) - Black Pepper, Garlic and Chili Flakes
Soppressata Salami (HOT)
All Salamis are sold in packs of 12 thin slices.
